Youtumundial is an online-only store; we do not operate a physical retail location in the United States. All orders, support requests, and returns are handled exclusively through our online channels, at support@youtumundial.com.

Because a number of our products are imported from international brands in Asia, delivery times for international orders may be longer than domestic ones. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:
- We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Youtumundial does not offer full monetary refunds. Where a refund is approved (for example, due to confirmed product damage, defective materials, or a lost shipment), we may deduct up to 50% of the item's value before issuing the remaining amount.
- All return and refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@youtumundial.com before any item is shipped back.
- This applies to both domestic and international orders.
